  • Shipping Area: We ship to addresses within the United States.

• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• Damages & Missing Packages: If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@aeriiw.shop. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
